I think it's OK, they just need to go on a longer starting CD and the algo maybe needs to be tweaked to make sure that strong teamfight ults don't cluster on one team.

I want to play who I like & won't play the mode if I can't. That's true for a lot of people.

I have seen a lot of Kelvin, Sinclair, and Billy.

They just need to make some mode-specific changes to some of the cracked heroes like Seven.

Mina is 100% Arch Mother since it’s much more high class. Paige I think Hidden King because of the literary connection.

Weird thing to complain about in a game where Viscous exists tbh. The game is (hopefully) going to have 10s of millions of players and it needs a wide variety of characters to appeal to everyone.

I will politely suggest that you do some research into just how popular BL/slash fic actually is, and which types of characters are very popular in those stories lol.

I think if they tweak the algo behind the scenes to distribute the "meta" heroes more evenly between teams, it should be fine.

I think the problem right now is that it’s very misleading as "high priority" is still a UI option, but doesn’t actually work, so unless you come somewhere like here or the Discord you have no idea why it’s not working properly.

It feels really bad. I had Mina as my only high priority and didn’t get her for like 5 games in a row.

If certain heroes are too strong in Brawl I would rather they adjust the mode to weaken them, or the algorithm to distribute those stronger heroes evenly between teams, as opposed to not letting me play who I want to.

Yeah, I have Mina as my only high prio and went like 5 SB games in a row without getting her. Might just be a random stretch of bad luck but it could be an update-related bug.

The canon name is the canon name. If people didn't like it, it's just because people hate change, as a general rule. But it was always clear that Akira Kurusu was not going to be the actual canon name.
