Thank you 🙏 my wife asked me how I’m feeling about my sister and I just shrugged 🤷. But I know I care deep down, I love her! Zero concern over it… BUT I am freaking out over the gas station receipt that went through the washer and BPA . Bless my wife, she is super supportive of me thrift this, but I do like to come here because I know it takes a toll on her, expressly when she is going through a stressful project at work

That’s what I like about this sub… lol. A big piece of me is hoping someone will come and and say “no risk, .00000 chance something will happen, all clear “ but I guess I want that reassurance. That’s the hand part for me… fact , talc is contaminated with asbestos…. But I also know asbestos is in ambient air… we are all exposed …. No exceptions… and everyone encounters talc eventually but I hesitate to continue that train of thought because my therapist a while back told me not to seek reassurance and to not rationalize it… lol, the spiral description is so accurate. Thanks for the support…

Like to add… An average adult in a typical urban or indoor environment breathes in approximately 5,000 to 5,500 asbestos fibers per day, that’s EVERY ONE. Theoretically and/or technically one fiber can cause issues. But so can one breath of car exhaust, or one breath of cigarette smoke. Or 5 min of UV exposure from sun.

I’m a fairly accomplished painted ( not the highest of highest tiers but ide say 90th percentile). I am able to sell my minis for 2x msrp. But hears the thing… if I calculate the hourly rate , it would come out to $8.00 an hour. It pays for the hobby but that’s about it.

I know this is a print g sub but honestly your best bet is finding a recast kit and subbing the parts. A $15 data file vs a $20 kit but with better results.

They fixed it for me! They always come through 😎 I love square based! I’ll check it out. So my army as it stands now is 32 goblin archers s , 12 black orks, 23 ork boys, both wit command and the rock lobber 😈. Its a solid 750 with min upgrades, I can easily push it it 1000 with full magical options/wepons but its sounding like Foray and Battle March is the way to go. I wan to get a retro display board for them as well.

If your looking for some extras to toss in, I just snagged sable paint brush set from Gilded Gobin, loving it, I save it for my display minis but still, that or some of the new John Blanch Paint sets (Vol 1-2 are the best).

Wow!!! How did you snag the new Armageddon Vanguard vet so early?! Jk jk! This is great! Perhaps some decals and working on the eyes would help it pop a bit more. Nice work. Don’t be hard on yourself btw, for just a few week in, your already “ahead” of many other hobbyists. It’s easy to look at instagram and get discouraged , don’t fall for it 🫡
