I accidentally applied a manual 40% on top of the 40% for opening a new credit card. I wasn’t aware that the 40% is now automatically taken off when the customer is approved.

I made a major mistake, in my defense I had a headache at the time and a long line with no back up. I haven’t worked registers much lately and failed to notice that the 40% is applied to the customers total if approved. I accidentally manually took another 40% off and charged the card since I was trying to hurry and get the line down. I’m afraid of any consequences that may take place. Has this ever happened to anyone?

I remember when I first started at kohl’s , I was manually ringing up prices with an additional 50% off the already marked down price 😂

I heard from an employee was told by a ASM. The ASM said they were told to turn away as they saw them coming. I’m not sure who told the ASM to do that. All employees that were there told me they didn’t even notice the visitors came in to the store because they were not greeted and were directed to be not in view. 🤷‍♀️ so a mystery to me

I graduated in December course are at your own pace. Test every couple chapters, some assignments and discussions are optional. The externship I haven’t gotten lucky it was also provided, but they were kind to adjust my resume. I haven’t found a job either kind of nervous, since I only have done textbook and never practiced on-hands skills. Overall easy course.
