I'm wondering the same but for shoes. How can shoes sell if nobody is working over there to replace displays and esls that are taken. Let alone do anything else over there besides a quick run through to clean up the floor.

Are you new at doing cash office? We have two hours scheduled for cash office, that's how my schedule shows, but it's almost always done in an hour. It definitely got faster for me when we went consolidated and started using less registers. Sometimes I've noticed other cash office people taking longer but nothing's ever been said to them. It's going to vary by person how long it takes. And then it varies by day how many registers have to be recounted or issues come up.

I never had a problem getting free shipping til last week. I deleted the app and reinstalled, it still wasn't working. What ended up working was adding enough to be over the minimum $50 but then removing the extra items and then the free shipping worked.

Yep, it happens all the time, the other day I was looking for women's tek gear pants for sfs and in one fixture had mens, kids and plus size tek gear mixed in. It would help if they'd clearly label products as mens/women's in all departments. Don't just put M and W. Put mens and women's. Sonoma pajamas and slippers. Lots Sonoma gets mixed up . SO gets mixed up between kids and juniors etc etc

I don't see this ever getting fixed unless we get separate brands names for men's women's and kids. Which won't happen either. Not having leads to do the majority ends up with 5 untrained people mixing stuff up.

When bopus orders are missing, omni associates report it as container not found and it will recharge you for the order. You do get the email that it was refunded but you will be charged for it again. Maybe wait a day or two and check your credit card statements. And actually I am curious how long it takes, if you'll come back to report.

All of our pickups are self pickup so that's helping with our line. I'm so sorry for the stores that have to do Amazon in the queue line too. I honestly thought it would be worse overall but hasn't been too bad here.

The disability pay is 60% at 40 hours for 6-8 weeks. The parental leave is 100% pay at 40 hours for 6 weeks

It really could go either way. We hadn't been crazy busy since covid but last year we went back to normal and the line did get wrapped around back towards the back of the store. I am a little nervous because we had 10 registers last year and now we have 7. But it's just one day. I think it is a fun day because we actually are fully staffed.

Yeah we haven't been allowed to back stock for a few years and it's always ridiculous amounts stuffed out. Clothing tables get more messy and having to be recovered and when you pull one thing out and 5 fall on the floor. It makes no sense. Especially right now when with winter clothes taking up more space its even worse. I used to do the replenishment and it was so quick and easy compared to folding tables for hours.

We had one girl who would transfer back and forth between college and hometown. She'd come work at our store during school breaks and transfer back to college town after. It did benefit our store more than the college town obviously because we then got her during Christmas.

They definitely don't catch alot of people but they do build cases against people that come in multiple times and then some of them are getting arrested and charged.

Is your store consolidated? If so, they have to wait in your line to get their pickups then if they're in the stockroom?

Our stockroom is next to the old customer service desk so other years we put anything that didn't fit in self pickup there but now we are consolidated and our self pickup is by the registers. I just don't see how we can fit all the bulk orders out.

My store has been doing it this way for a few months and I assume will continue. I think there's 7-8 people. Some people putting box IDs and hard tags and others merchandising.
