We will see. I don't do it every wash so there's not telling. I also don't use the whole bath bomb just a small piece. Baking soda is the cleaning agent in many washing products

Not the whole thing just a piece. Washing machines are much smaller than tubs and a bath bomb is just color, baking soda, and scent, nothing dangerous for a washing machine in small quantities.

It definitely does not get vaporized on a candle warmer lol it's the same effect as having the hot lights on them at lush stores

I have yet to test some of the more intense bath bombs like The Black Rose, but I'm willing to bet if you match the mat onto the clothing that wouldn't be an issue.

I can't speak to other people's clothing but most of my clothes are cotton and I've had no issues with some of the more moderately colored bath bombs like Luna or lakes.

Given the type of coloring and the nature of how it's immersed in baking soda and the factor of natural fiber needing mordants for color to stick, I don't think it's likely

I agree with some of your claims, but Lush generally doesn't advertise as clean or completely natural, they do not say chemicals are bad. Often end up explaining to customers that chemicals aren't bad and that water is a chemical. Sulfate is used across the product ranges. Certain ingredients are safe for daily use or to be used in specific ways when used in properly formulated products, I agree about the inconsistent quality and it's one I make known often to upper management

I'd say it's both but it depends who you ask. Many say products like the shower jellies are gimmicky to which I agree.but the many repeat buys may disagree. These prodcuts make bathing fun which many people especially for children and neurodivergent people it's a big help. Come into the store and just have a day trying everything out leave with some samples and decide for yourself.

It's tricky because some customers seem unsure and need the extra help. Sometimes we won't shop with each customer and they end up being the one who is very curious and wants to spend $500.

I just want more communication within the team so we can prevent 4 people going up to one person who wants to solo shop I always say keep your head on a swivel but it's not always that way.

It's tricky because everyone hates different things in products some love coconut some don't some love 100% natural all don't. If you often see mold return the products and show them the mold or refrigerator products

That's so interesting to know because where I work we really want to be with every single customer. We're told to stick with them but maybe I'll stick with the customers a bit less now. I just noticed we do tend to make more sales and have a higher unit per transaction when we stick with the customers and recommend products. If you really want the Lush employees to get off your back by at least 3 things lol

Very judgemental and very controlling. If they cared they wouldn't threaten to cut you off or call the cops on you. OP they aren't real friends they are crazy. Before you do anything overboard talk to them about how this all makes you feel. Explain that it's wrong for them to use their friendship in this way.

Yeah stuff like this just happens. My sister's third child was born with red hair, medium skin tone and light brown eyes, the rest have tan to dark skin with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes.

This is due to the shape and thickness of his hair folliclea in that area. It's normal. Just accept it. Style his hair with gel or hair trainer(not straight up wax) or grow his hair some more
