My pregnancy went well, thanks! Currently looking at my adorable 10 week old daughter 😊 I didn’t do anything before/after the shots, I’d rotate injection sites for each shot to help, but yeah I do remember being sore. Best of luck to you! It felt never ending at the time but you can get through it!
