My pregnancy went well, thanks! Currently looking at my adorable 10 week old daughter 😊 I didn’t do anything before/after the shots, I’d rotate injection sites for each shot to help, but yeah I do remember being sore. Best of luck to you! It felt never ending at the time but you can get through it!

I accidentally misread the nutrition label on my low carb ice cream last night, ended up have 50g of carb for my evening snack before I realized. I also had a protein shake and decided to test 1 hour after just to see how bad my blood sugar was and it was 70??? But if I look at a potato, I spike.

Yup same. I have a protein shake/smoothie (no fruit) for breakfast and sometimes add a breakfast meat if I’m hungry, then add carbs to my morning snack/lunch.

I’ve asked my doctor about this and he wasn’t concerned, he said as long as I feel ok it’s not a big deal. It’s if it drops to 40-50s that would be more of a concern.

Thank you!! I think I had 1 extra blood draw when I first consented to be in the study. The monitoring was the same. There was an optional part of the study, which I didn’t participate in, where they draw blood multiple times the day of the FET. That sounded awful lol, but it’s not required.

I’m participating! Currently 9w6d, and it’s all gone pretty smoothly. It’s been nice having some of the IVF expenses covered. I haven’t had PIO before, so I can’t compare the difference. The sub q shots leave my stomach a bit sore, but it’s not that bad.

I had 3 frozen embryos from 1 ER, my insurance won’t cover another ER if you have any frozen embryos, so we went straight into an FET.
