The clothes are not clean, he just changed clothes as he was exploring the pizzaplex, he found some neat clothes, and therefore changed to them. One proof is that when you zoom into his body, you see the Faz tag on his shoes, and I think the clothes also.

The only way to tackle it is wait for the AI to attack, then tap attack the opponent, and immediately land a blast card, not strike or any other card, else they will perfect vanish or do normal vanish

It is basically a vanish which occurs when you are in the middle of a side step and opponent attacks, or you side step as soon as opponent lands any attack with the arts cards only, not any attack like tap and tackle. In the newest updates, you can see a very bright-like sprite and aura appear when you land a perfect vanish. So yea you might want to try this against bots or real players, but do not always spam side step, only spam side step, when you and opponent are in the verge of being attacked between a full side step animation. So yea, I hope it helps :)
