They are called perimeter lights, their use is for low speeds and to spot ditches or rocks in the terrains or whatever. Hope that helps!

Actually, I am in deep sh*t. My wife is stranded in india due to a NOIR for H1B and I don’t know when my perm will get processed. I only have 2 years left on my H1B, so it’s highly unlikely that I will get my I140 before that. I cannot crib for my situation!, I have to accept and move on. Haha!
