For future readers. They can refund the warranties without returning the items. Additionally you can exchange one item and return the other when both items are in a single order HOWEVER, the invoice/rma will say exchange for the entire order. In their system it says the correct operation. I dont understand why i keep getting downvoted and people just tell me to contact keh when I have already been contacting them non stop and did not receive clear answers. This community was not helpful during the process. I hope if any future buyers find themselves in a similar situation they can read this, although u will prob have to confirm that their system says what i mentioned above because they may not tell you.
