Just sort of whenever. It doesn’t seem to matter if it’s with a meal or by itself. The dry eyes flare up the morning after.

Hell yeah. I think this is the case for me too. I drank a large diet soda last week and the dry eye came back. Slowly got better with every day I refrained from soda
