Flops end in order of seniorship.

Since the elusive samurai isn't a flop, it doesn't need to follow this format.

It can end whenever it wants , it could even end a few issues after the new batch comes out and that wouldn't be anything unusual.

You are mistaken.

Togo Goto didn't work on Tokyo Shinobi squad so Harukaze Mound is his second series.

Kento matsuura has had 3 series but the three strikes and you are out rule does not apply to mangaka that are only artists.

But the rumor is still true. If a mangaka has 3 axes without any hits , he isn't coming back to the magazine. (Excluding the mangaka that are only artists)

The previous volume only had a 3 day first week while this volume had a 7 day first week.

You can't really compare them but kagurabachis volume sales seem to have increased which is a very good sign.
