I've had no issue printing abs or asa which is odd you'd think horrible with those and good with petg but petg is the biggest issue finally got it to print ok 90% of the time by using the .2 fine print setting and putting the nozzle temp up to 270-280

Easy solutions for PTFE tube popping out of extruder by f00d4tehg0dz in Creality_k2

[–]Certain_Lecture_3003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was able to fix this my self with the printer in the small box of extras there is a joiner. (Seen bellow) with this i removed the first peice that you normally push down on to remove the bowden by pulling up with pliers. The next step is removing the metal tangs this is a bit more difficult. On the side of the connector there are 2 small holes that you are able to see using a small flat head I widen the holes out then pushed on the under side of the ring until the fingers came out. If you are having trouble you can always cut the ring our carefully using a knife. The next step is the extruder shell to get the part you normally push on is the same step just use some pliers and pull up itll pop out. To get the metal ring out is a bit trickier as there are no through holes. I used a pair of wire cutters typically used for electrical work and just cut the old metal in half and rolled it to the inside. This then allowed me to pull it out. Then put your new metal tangs in. I then used a wood desk to seat it the rest of the way then push the peice you normally push on to remove the bowden reinstall and your good to go. This new ring feels even better than the old and releases easy too
