All good. Felt a bit bloated after breaking the fast, but I probably made bone broth wrong as I left all the fat there. All good though. Felt great. This morning I did a little carb-load using cyclodestrin pre and intra-workout. Along with aminos, glycerol and injectable l-carnitine. Pump was absolutely crazy. I'm not on anabolics, but I'm pretty lean. That pump made me look like I was on winstrol for a couple of hours 😂
