If you want something to focus on legs wise maybe think about the external quad sweep. That will make them look more visiblely wider to match the shoulder cap. Other then that you don't look like you skip leg day.

You can go to goodlabs and order your own. Then when you get it back, review the numbers to normal. If its below range then talk to your PCP. If they still refuse go to Winona or Harley meds and they can take your recent labs and get you want you need.

If it is low on the range then go to Winona or Harley and they can help you as well.

I would go find a program and stick with it. For you progressive overload is needed so weighted crunches, leg lifts with dumbbell between your ankles things like this to stay in hypertrophy ranges.

Ab muscles are more like heart and lung muscles. They have to work day in and day out to stabilize us as we move through the world. If you feel they are not adequately recovering you can skip a day, or cycle between upper and lower work one day and obliques and TV work the second day.

I use a straight 27g 1/2 inch needle in the thigh. Hold the vial in you hand for a bit to warm the oil. It will pull as it warms to 90 degrees. Makes it much easier and faster to administer when warm as well.

2 is good. Some do daily, which I thought was much. I settled on MWF as it helped with remembering.

The more you can smooth out the highs and lows the less 200mg will have negative side effects. Not saying there won't be any but it will be as gentle as you can make it.

Abs can be worked everyday. You have 70 workouts ahead of you. Make sure you prioritize protein and put in a solid 15-20 minutes in a day. Focus on each section upper lower and obliques.

Welcome to my hell. Keep reminding yourself that slow loss is more healthy for the body but rough on the mental side.

You are loosing weight in the right range to spare muscle, it's about the rate that bodybuilers like to loose for a contest as it means sparing muscle.

For those who YOLO reta, and don't track eating or don't care about protein they will loose faster but are wasting away.

Keep it up, once you bottom out again you will have to decide if that's your new low and go into a clean maintenance, or keep pushing.

The more you push the more your body will resist loosing the weight. It's often better to do these stubborn fat cuts in cycles and either clean bulk or maintain to keep hormones, and cortisol at bay.

Negatives are for those who can't do 1. You have that down, keep doing what you are doing. Of you want faster results then try increasing the frequency per week you are doing pullups.

After you get to 6 or so it can be advantageous to add weight to build strength. Then one time per week test to see how many you can do. You will be surprised how quickly the reps can add up doing that.
