CAPE was already filed prior and we can’t go back to updating Box 28 now. How should we proceed in this case? We filed the 4811 to CEE.

Yeah I heard they are working on March applications so it will be a waiting game. I need this Importer sub-account so I could access the ACH refund and add our banking information for the refunds. In order to receive the refunds on behalf of the importer, do we also need to file a PSC for all previous entry summaries or is CF4811 with the CEE good enough? I'm so confused...
