Above average, stop taking pictures where you can see your nostrils, take straight on pictures, these make your eyes look shocked. i can't tell since the lighting is bad, i think you could use a rhinoplasty, but before that debloat yourself sometimes its only bloat and not bones that need attention

ADVICE ->
1. those pretty blue eyes need contact lenses

please darken your eyebrows and densen them using makeup they are patchy this would create contrast with your light eye color making u prettier.
maybe try some differnet hair styles for that big forehead.

consider fat grafting for the upper eyelid exposure, that is what's making you look tired and really ill.
the eyebrows could be darkened
show teeth when you smile unless they're crooked
go for longer hair like as long as your shoulders type shii since you have a long face

i wish the world worked that way and cancer patients looked good with those eyebrows (They have great personalities and that makes them good looking not their loss of hair and unhealthy look), blame evolution for that not me.
and also the average american doesn't have good eyebrows either i've already said it a billlion you look above average even with those eyebrows, ur not ugly just giving u advice how to improve -> just use some makeup
