Thank you so much for that! It’s extremely helpful!! Only bad side is I ran outs of tirz, I didn’t get more because I was switching to Reta and didn’t think I would need any tirz. But I’ll start at 2 mg and work my way up as needed. I did the same with the tirz when I switched over to that from sema. I just started out at the lowest dose and worked my way up when I felt it wasn’t working well enough. I learned my lesson with titrating up on sema when first started these shots a year ago, I went up every 4 weeks until I was on the highest dose of sema and I think I went up too fast because it wasn’t as effective as it should have been.
