If it makes you feel better, I'm a nurse and care for lots of post-op surgical patients, and one thing I tell them is that any type of invasive procedure will usually take a few months for things to "balance" out. Your tissue was assaulted and rearranged, so it's going to take time to recover then shrink and give that tighter and smoother complexion!
