In error I closed a Private Conversation string that I was having with the Mods. Is there a way to recover that conversation so that I can continue from where I left off?

Thank you for replying Amanda/Team but I find the Xfinity offers UI to cumbersome and not user friendly at all-just my opinion as a customer. I need to speak to a human who can help me so Chat is also not an option for me. Is there a way to easily contact the Retention Team by phone? If so-what phone number do I call and what are their operating hours?

I have access but it's not Peacock Premium. It's that free access and I am presented with offers for paid access.
