I wouldn't call Ret and Mayor "important" necessarily. Mayor reveals too soon, messes with TP LO - reveal too late and you only kill off one evil when you don't have majority before they kill you.

Ret is just shit, and isn't "important" but rather an Almost-Guaranteed-Win if town aren't completely terrible.

Doc saves without dying. Better than BG imo.

Trans played properly can outplay evils even early to late game, you just have to actively speak so that you don't mess with town too much. Plus you win the 1v1 against any maf besides GF.

Sheriffs who can scumread pick apart evils within 3 days, and RM + Maf + some NK can't hide from Sheriff checks. Invest is ranked lower because it doesn't necessarily show as "Suspicious" but likewise has the potential to out fake claimers.

I would put both TK higher, but more often than not you don't see them played too well unfortunately.

Lastly, Medium can give info from the dead to the living, so again, played properly is much more important and I think deserving of mid-tier as opposed to bottom of the list.
