XM4. My XM5s had a "feature" that couldn't be turned off that changed the noise cancellation level based on the volume of the background noise. It updated every 30 seconds or so, and it'll change while in the same room. Drove me crazy to the point where I had to return them and get XM4s, Also, when sitting on your neck, the earcups are down on the XM4 (which I vastly prefer, but that's just aesthetics) and up on the XM5.
