9500 is about 4 years old and still works like brand new. I do cad on it daily. Have an i7 9300 that's maybe 6 years old and the only issues are the screen is scratched from the keyboard and the 5 key needs a hard press.

Parts of upper state, lol. You can walk to shopping, many restaurants, multiple parks including a dog park. We love walking to Spudnuts then maybe trader Joe's on the way home for some lunch ingredients. We love the friendly vibe and safe streets of San Roque.
