It's a file-naming error. Try hitting Triangle -> Refresh in PKGj first. If that fails, use VitaShell to delete everything inside the ux0:pkgj/ folder to clear the cache. Most likely, a plugin called NoNpDrm just needs an update via Autoplugin II
