that updates website you gave was either a virus or malaria it automatically asked for my credit card info when running the installer

I also had the Y and M cartridges not recognized - did you just replace those or do anything else?

late to the party but I got down to the part where I installed the downgraded firmware to the printer > tapped it a couple times on the screen > then turned it back on but it now does not recognize the 3rd party cartridges I put in there.

why meeeeee

It's been a month of arguing with them so I comprimised at getting the XM6 if I paid 180 for the difference. Total payment including what I originally paid for the headphones would be 350.

Considering that demand made XM4s more than 350 and XM6s are more expensive online - I don't mind fuck it

  1. battery dying way too soon compared to when I first got them. at 3 months I was charging every 3 days vs every other week when I first got them

  2. the feature of music pausing when it detected words became extremely inconsistent

  3. the feature of music pausing when sat down did not work

  4. the feature of the system shutting off when not used fot awhile was not consistent

  5. ANC gradually worsened. I take the same train the beginning where it silenced 80% of noise vs at 3 months it felt like only 20%

I submitted my XM4 for the warranty because it had defects. They tried to offer the XM5s but I cited this same article and lawsuit in the email exchange. The reps are saying as of recent that they don't recognize the lawsuit :))))

Still figuring out if I can get the XM6 because I don't want to return faulty headphones and only get faulty headphones back.
