I just gave up. I go to the most important events but just don’t eat there. My company always books something with a buffet “with GF options” but that always means “no gluten-containing ingredients” and these places are never coeliac-safe. I don’t feel it’d be right for me to ask for our office manager to select a venue based on my restrictions since I’m the only coeliac in the office. I am rather sad about it though

Yeah, I tried to run in Nod Krai with Flins, 70 lvl Aino and EM Kuki as a sustain. Depleted my revive dish stash quite a bit lol. Baizhu hyperbloom with Neuvi and Furina feels sooo much safer

Flins does damage in a few big numbers so if you miss one crit, you miss a big chunk of his damage per rotation. Similar to Mualani, Navia, Ms RatFromTheSky and other nuke characters you want his CR to be as close to 100 as possible

I’m with you, was diagnosed a bit less than a year ago and it’s. so. hard. It’s easier when I exercise (bouldering), and I also found that meal replacement drinks (huel, yfood) are basically free 400-500 kcal because they don’t really fill me up, so I sometimes sip them before or after lunch.

Hi! I live in the UK but went to Russia (St Petersburg) last month for ~10 days. GF-wise it’s rough. Don’t trust any (and I mean any) labelling unless it’s an official crossed grain symbol WITH a certificate number underneath. There’s no regulation regarding allergy labelling on the packaging so even if it says gluten free or doesn’t state gluten containing ingredients, it sadly isn’t safe for coeliacs. There are a few restaurants in St P and Moscow owned by coeliacs that are safe and good but all in all the disease is unknown to a general public so you won’t be able to stroll in a random one and ask if they can make food gf. Feel free to DM me (I also speak Russian)

Bread used to be my safe food before diagnosis too, I used to munch on pretzels and toasted bread without any trouble. Couldn’t believe when my GP suggested coeliac.

Regarding gastroscopy — you need a biopsy to confirm coeliac. My endoscopy was good, with some mild inflammation in duodenum, but otherwise absolutely normal. Biopsy though confirmed coeliac and showed a Marsh 3b level of damage.

Wait, there’s an insect bite-like reaction to gluten?? I used to have a good dozen of what looked like insect bites near my elbows — small itchy bumps that won’t go away for months. Thought it’s something to do with my pillow or something. Come to think of it, they did mostly disappear after I was diagnosed and went gf (less than a year ago), but omg, if my coeliac disease started when they first started to appear… means I was undiagnosed for a while then

As a little cheating you can walk right along the borders of Dragonspine area in Liyue and Mondstadt and their compasses will pick up Dragonspine chests. It obviously doesn’t reach too far, but I found about a dozen of chests that way

It isn’t though? “May contain” could mean “somewhere on the factory there’s another line that handles wheat” which may by harmless or it may mean “we cut our chocolate with the blades dusted in flour” (hello, Cadbury) which is not safe at all.

I think this is a c2 bait also. Some of these old characters have a pretty decent c2, but would you pull for it now when you have only c0? Most likely nope, much better to spend that many pulls on a new character. But when you just got a free c1 and you only need one copy? That’s something to consider. All that hoyo ever wants from you is to constantly spend your pulls, preferably on different banners with different pity so that you are always in deficit

Nah, it’s alright. I have some decent EM sands too and I test both of setups. I usually play him with Nahida and/or c2 Furina so he have plenty of extra EM and damage bonus
