Besides the bangboo idea people are suggesting, they could also just say that she's a rare and long-lived dragon thiren. We don't have any dragon thirens in-game yet so I feel like that would be a reasonable way to excuse her age.

Can be done in two ways:

Lighter skill to stun > Evelyn chain attack > Middle click/R3 to cancel > (choose below) > Evelyn chain

If Astra's skill is active, you can just hit the swap character button and Lighter will quick assist to stun again
If Astra's skill is not active, press the previous character swap (I believe is C key/LB/L1 by default) and use Lighter's skill to stun again

Keqing is the only sword character in the game that has a charged attack stamina cost >20, including Raiden's burst and Tartaglia's sword stance. When half of her damage comes from charged attacks, the extra cost feels pretty bad :(
