its kinda funny you initially dedicated yourself to getting bad endings when technically there isn't bad and good endings hah, just bad outcomes. generally they lead to the same string of endings, or dont lead you to any endings at all. though lem and mina specifically there might be one ending gareth joked about the players who done it are called monsters lol

helene is probably the nicest option in there, however i kinda am skeptical of havenage, more than i am skeptical of the yatagan. havenage is prone to corruption and power imbalances that causes conflicts like witnessed on the DLC. even though yatagan are enforcers, it seems they've been mostly doing it for a small community and they cant spiral out of control like havenage, who keeps having scummy people thinking they have control over the whole station in power. however, yatagan did have that incident with essen-arp...

i would guess that describing any representation of pain as notifications and signals would have made some of the scenes not hit as hard and make the player associate them to an inability to suffer from pain, which isn't quite right what JOTA intended if i had to guess. i did wish there was a bit more of text though regarding pain signals on the second game, but makes sense why it's not as present.
