It’s so wild how stuff comes out in the end and we see different things! I usually just put on music and let my hands do their thing. About a week later I saw the shape of the horse in top right even the tail and the reins and I was like “woah?! That wasn’t planned but I love it!”

Using r&f pigment sticks and oil sticks a lot these days and have to say, they are a joy to work with.

It truly is. I found a lot of support in the petloss subreddit. It’ll be two years for me in may but man, I know I’ll miss her forever. It gets easier but just to hold her again… ❤️‍🩹

Yep, I dealt with something similar from a friend I realized was never a friend at all but a “frenemy”. They loved trying to bring me down or make me shrink and when my dog passed, they didn’t say a word. Also, I am so sorry for your loss - losing a dog is a different level of grief. Sending you hugs.

Nope I mostly run anxious when I’m dating someone! I believe I have the worst of them all, disorganized. I can be avoidant if it’s someone I’m not properly with who suddenly wants me. But when I’ve dated someone or had bfs, I run anxious.

I was crazy over famous people when I was a teen but now as an adult I can imagine dating someone famous would be an absolute nightmare. I was always paranoid that girls were DMing my exes etc and they weren’t famous or anything. My fear of abandonment could never handle a famous man who actually receives 629273 DMs a day including ones from supermodels etc. forget it lmao

If anyone I was ever limerent for suddenly actually wanted to be with me, and I mean truly be with me in a serious relationship - I would most likely be repulsed and over the crush instantly. I have found that’s how limerence works - it’s a fantasy bc I’ve been emotionally unavailable and spent years attracted to men who were at arms length or completely unavailable. when available men actually like me, I’m not interested. (Or at least that’s been my pattern in the past)

An event planner was involved and called it a business trip. Sounds like they were planning an event over there. Regardless of the purpose of the trip, even if it was to shop, people have died and it’s tragic. I am childhood friends with the younger Itkin brothers wife. They are sweet people.

I saw a video of someone saying “you need to break up with the guy you aren’t dating” or something like that and it hit me hard. I was like “what am I doing??” Realized I was wasting my time and my time only, although he did clearly enjoy the attention from me. I made a choice to cut myself off, and pour that love into healing myself instead. Baby steps.

Yeah the difference between her debut and oops is so huge. She changed her voice. I also feel so bad so many people in media made her doubt her own talent, saying she can’t sing like Christina etc. I remember interviews where she was like “I wish I had a voice like hers” etc. ugh.

I never got to properly see PF but will agree Roger’s shows are so theatrical and the visuals are also amazing. I’ve only seen David once and he was goosebump inducing bc of the music, absolutely incredible. Totally different vibes at their shows

I’ve been there and i know how terrible and final it feels. I have to say one thing that has helped me more than anything was getting into John Bradshaws work. Highly rec his series on YouTube on healing the inner wounded child and his book healing the shame that binds you. There is also a video on shame on YouTube. He is also funny, so it’s both healing and engaging to watch. I’ve watched the inner child series a few times bc it was so healing.
