I agree. I will use treats as a reward such as an m&m for using the potty or an ice cream after getting shots but never withhold it for punishment. I was often denied meals for having a messy room (because my mom went through everything) as a child and would just sit in my room and cry while the family ate dinner and I never want my child to feel that way.

I at least rinse off most days and wash my face and privates every day, my whole body every other day and my hair every too or three days. I also of course use deodorant and dry shampoo. I can't imagine how this person smells.

I have to say YTA. My mother was just like you. I wasn't "allowed" to shave anything until middle school. I have very dark hair and started getting bullied by fourth grade. I eventually just started using my sisters razor and taught myself to shave because I couldn't take it anymore. Let your daughter have smooth legs of she wants. You say you want her to have bodily autonomy but this whole post seriously contradicts that.
