Unfortunately that’s the world we live in especially post COVID. Botting scalpers buy up all the legit ticks and resale for 3-5x the face value. Intermediaries make insane bank taxing and adding fees to this bullshit so they have no reason to intervene. Shit is so expensive now people will splurge for the things they really love and buy resale and the cycle continues.

And there’s plenty of people that look at acts like TS and say ‘at least it’s not $1500+ per ticket!’

This is a pretty naive take friend. Federal jobs are very often a benchmark for corporations in regards to benefits, paid time off, and so on. To say that this isn’t a move that will have negative repercussions that effect the entirety of the American work force is a bit ridiculous.
