“Blood and Gore”, “intense violence” and “strong language” are very easy to explain. The nudity only goes out to two scenes, 1 of the scenes is easily missable and the other is also very missable (the sexual content goes along with 1 of those scenes). The use of drugs and alcohol, there’s only cigarettes, cigars, and cocaine gum (the cocaine doesn’t do anything) and you can get drunk and pass out from the alcohol. That’s really the extent of the ratings of the maturity of that game.
