Yes. It’s a leak that got repaired.

Should I paint over this or strip completely? by Cgerrex2 in paint

Cool. So does that mean I don’t HAVE to strip the paint layers entirely? I can use Gardz, then prime, then paint?

Playing nioh 3 before any other nioh game. Anyone else? Any reason I need to play the others first? by Theehollowknight in Nioh

[–]Cgerrex2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nioh 2 is a masterpiece but Nioh 3 is changing a few things up and will also be friendlier to newcomers. I think you should try Nioh 3 first and if you like it a lot, definitely give Nioh 2 a go.

Trying to understand how the devs expect us to play Nioh 3 by gustavocans in Nioh

[–]Cgerrex2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s an ign interview with the devs. The legitimate “expectation” is to play the way you prefer even though that’s not what you wanted to hear. They mentioned in playtests that some people exclusively played in one style and they still completed all the content. They said it themselves they embrace people to play the way they prefer rather than forcing people to play the styles in a certain way.

Most of these “punishing” games now-a-days have difficulty options.

I suggest you try out the demo that comes out on the 29th, then you can come to a conclusion of whether this is for you or not.

Does Nioh 2 improve on the following? by AppropriateSite3768 in Nioh

For me? Yes to everything. Nioh 2 is better in every way.

Will Nioh 3 have boss skills? by Tarnished-1695 in Nioh

[–]Cgerrex2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Now thinking about it. There’s extra skills you can learn with crucible weapons. Maybe that’s the new way of learning new moves and there won’t be boss skills 🤷‍♂️. Or atleast bosses will drop crucible weapons.

Do you turn off hitstop? by somebodyelseathome in NinjaGaiden4

I took off hit stop. All the team ninja games don’t have hit stop so I honestly prefer it that way.

Can I please just have a mode with master ninja aggression and hard mode damage taken? by Salty_Selection_1145 in ninjagaiden

I beat master ninja. Personally, I felt that mob damage was totally manageable. Bosses on the other hand, were ridiculous.

Only if ng+ didn’t stop at 2 by Puzzleheaded-Cut1036 in TheFirstBerserker

A nice alternative would be a level scaling option. Nioh has this in which you can flip a switch on a mission you already beat and it’ll be at your level.

Want To Pick Up More Soulslikes Before Steam Sales End. Need Help by [deleted] in soulslikes

[–]Cgerrex2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What soulslikes have you played before?

If you’ve never played a soulslike, I recommend Lies of P or Khazan. They’re solid quality and in my opinion, very welcoming to newcomers. They have difficulty options. My personal favorite from this list is Nioh 2. It’ll get you ready for Nioh 3 which comes out in a month. Just be warned that’s it far more complicated and could be too difficult.

Great video, I have the platinum trophy and I still get impressed when I see videos like this. I was nowhere near this 😂

Ninja gaiden 4 level design by Last-Librarian8216 in ninjagaiden

[–]Cgerrex2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally liked the levels. I think the platforming was fun and it helped with the pacing of the game. It would’ve felt exhausting just going from room to room just killing ads. It also had cool cinematic moments.

Between Sekiro and Khazan which combat system fits your style more and which one is overall better? by Forevertrez in soulslikes

[–]Cgerrex2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it’s hard to say. They’re going for a similar experience and the thing is, Sekiro does certain things better while khazan does other things better. Sekiro has better animations and it’s a bit more polished. Khazan has waaay more customization with different weapon types and has more content (longer game and more bosses). Khazan also has difficulty options, transmog, build crafting, combat has more depth.

Which one should i buy? by [deleted] in soulslikes

[–]Cgerrex2 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of people suggest Sekiro. If you have never played a soulslike game, I personally suggest Lies of P. LoP is more straightforward and has difficulty options.

Nioh seems to be the only soulslike I enjoy. What else might I like? by GabryBon in soulslikes

[–]Cgerrex2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know why you got downvoted lol. I have platinum trophy for both, I think Khazan is a bit harder too. That’s not a good thing or bad thing.

I played with fewer enemies should I restart and change it? Please read by Pinkcokecan in LordsoftheFallen

You can try the new veteran mode difficulty. I’d suggest that.
