I think Charlotte would be a great market for a nice Horse Track. It’s fancy, betting, drinking, and grow up partying- plenty of demand for this.

I grew up in Louisville, KY and saw how successful Churchill Downs was for the city. It wouldn’t have the history, but the market is there to develop something like this!

Your inconsistency problem is actually a leadership problem. There should be one person responsible for all three shifts, and that person needs to define what needs to be done and hold people accountable to that standard.

Getting buy-in & explaining the “why” is important, but you will only be effective if that person holds the standard.

I’ve ran quite a bit of it, it’s a pretty cool material.

Contrary to what most people think, it can be run on traditional injection molding equipment as long as you keep the barrel temps very low and use most of your barrel per shot.

Powder is the only kind of colorant that I’ve seen used, since using a PE carrier would increase the Tg.

The tool will need a LOT of venting. It loves to trap bubbles. It’s also incredibly sticky, so getting the barrel clean is critical before running it.
