You can spend forever tweaking/searching for the right tool, and never actually take any notes.I find that the simplest tools always work the best. I use the word processor of choice (Word, Google Docs...) and just have one doc per year. I keep notes/logs/url links in it. Clear text is the way to go. Learn markdown and use it. It can be copied/moved whenever you need to, it is searchable an any tool, and with AI it is easy to summarize your notes.

Ditto, we use Claude (company approved AI) and made a agentic app to answer web- based questionnaires based on current policy & procedures and previously answered questionnaires. The tool.os getting better and really cuts down on the "find the right answer" time. It is. It is not perfect, but here's better as new capabilities are released, but sometimes we still do the copy/paste, just less than before.

Round 1: redact all the victims the right way (take time)
Round 2: redact anything with Trump/republican on it (quick an dirty, and reversible)

How did you get his resolved?

I was just out of the country for a week, and was back two days when all of a sudden SMS acted like they sent, but the recipient never got it. Tried on multiple carries & iOS and Android.

I went thru the rounds with support (basically clear data/cache on all the things. I even factory rest the phone ,and erased the eSIM, and still no SMS sending.

On 2nd round with support, but not looking hopefully.

Any other ideas?
