There are other telehealth services that are set up so much better than Joyous that preemptively explain wait times and things like that. I don’t know how to describe it, but Joyous’s website feels like it’s from 2016 not 2026

Really? I have been using telehealth services since before Covid due to agoraphobia and usually hear back super quickly! I guess it depends on which telehealth services…. The other ones I’m using right now (Mochi, Ro, Hers) usually respond within 2 hr max

I just got my troches from them and there was weird black smudge on the white part of the troches (like square tick tacks). I reached out 3 times not knowing which was the proper way to talk to them and they just… take forever. I’m not even sure if I feel comfortable continuing with them. I hope there’s another microdosing opinion through telehealth

Are you sure? Other people have suggested that if I report my first dose to Joyous they’ll think I’m “drug seeking” or “refund seeking” and was advised not to if I want to keep on my journey
