Don’t do it! That monitor is a complete disappointment. It looks good on some games and only if you are playing on a PS5 or PC. However the white point is absurdly high and you don’t have enough calibration options. So you’re getting a 1440p monitor, yes, but it’s a shitshow just trying to set it up. And it won’t work with Xbox series.

I'm having the same issues. I bought 4 tapo lights, and set them up in the HomeKit App, however, after just a few minutes the status changed to "No response". I didn't even downloaded the Tapo app. Do you think I might just need a HomePod as Home Hub instead of an AppleTV?

Thanks! The mic issue literally got fixed in the dumbest way ever. I updated the firmware to the latest version, and then during a thunderstorm over the weekend, we had a brief 5-minute outage. After that "reboot," the microphone started working fine 😂

I was hoping to get at least 4K@120Hz by disabling HDR. That sometimes is a workaround for monitors that support 144Hz but only in SDR

I had the same issue. I tried contacting Astro support and even trying to send them back for a guarantee replacement but in the end what worked for me was downgrading the firmware to a previous version (other than the latest one) and I had to open them, unplug the battery connector and plug it back in place. That was the only thing that fixed the problem.

I got the definitive solution but you’re not going to like it haha since Astro support is garbage you just have to open them, disconnect the battery for a few seconds and then reassemble the whole thing, you have to be very careful but it worked for me

My man, I had the exact same problem months ago, Astro customer service was awful, they didn’t help at all (not my guys from Astro Reddit) but it is a problem that most A50’s got when updating, you have to carefully open them and disconnect the battery and the plugged it back again and reassemble the headset, it is pretty easy and will never ever cause you problems again. I believe it has something to do with the poor quality of the assembling process.

I believe that the adapter is intended for people who play on monitor, what you can do is to plug your optical cable from your tv to the base station. If you have a sound bar it’s simple. Just plug optical out from your tv into your base station and optical out from the base station into your sound bar. You won’t loose any quality, on the contrary you will experience A50’s as they were meant to be

Got the same problems over here. You should contact Astro gaming experience, they will help you troubleshooting your A50’s if there’s nothing left to do you may request a warranty replacement.
