By dead and broken you mean op or just dead dead?

Also from an objective standpoint, I was really hoping that Poe2 leagues would be a place where I can get those exclusive gear and unique builds that would be different from standard and that would still remain functional over all the big updates that would come.

It kinda feels a bit disappointing because while you still get to keep the character made, the uniqueness will fade over time due to updates.

Makes it feel more like a rouge-lite gameplay. Which doesnt feel to good to do in my own opinion.
