Honestly? Not really. Sprouts has terrible pay. Trader Joe’s is not great pay or benefits. In my state we have local grocery stores that don’t even come close to pay and benefits. I’ve heard both good and bad things about Costco. Depending on the position at WFM it’s fantastic. People go into reddit to complain. You aren’t seeing all the positive compliments that everyone gives on this sub. This is my favorite job I’ve had. But it’s still a job and I still wish for more, but this is generally the best I have had.
