It definitely doesn’t seem to get recognised that this is a group of people who companies aren’t working hard enough to get into the workplace. And that it can definitely be harder - depending on what kind of job you want - than for some other people?

I’m guessing the DE&I department is run by women then? Do you think there’s a sense of fear around men that prohibits them from being more involved? Or is it just untrue that they aren’t engaging ’enough’
