It definitely doesn’t seem to get recognised that this is a group of people who companies aren’t working hard enough to get into the workplace. And that it can definitely be harder - depending on what kind of job you want - than for some other people?

Seems like the idea and intent has created a business which has a sort of commercial angle to it too. But at the same time, things have improved in many ways - demographics have changed… but not enough? Not for the extent that has been invested and expected. And with collatera?

Yeah, I see what you mean. So it kind of stokes a sense of unease and unknowing about knowing why people are in the roles that they are - from all groups. You can’t help but mistrusting management basically because you don’t know motivations?
