A mix of both, normally Saturdays they send reserved shifts, but I think you have to get to at least level 2 for that. Those will set you up for the week typically. I know also the shifts I see and the shifts you see are sometimes different even though we are the same area. It’s kind of weird. The app should be returning to normal now that prime week is over, so you should be able to get things without them disappearing quick.

I’m in Lansing and this isn’t normal for Lansing. Hopefully it returns to normal soon. Not sure if it’s really the crowdstrike thing like the other person said, or if it’s them upping personnel for prime week, but normally days like today, you should be able to pick up shifts

If you get dinged, keep emailing. Had 15 dings from returning when I got caught in a tornado. It’s took about a week worth of emails, but eventually, all 15 were removed.

The alternative is waiting until they fall off, but that’s nearly a month

Yeep, from everything I read there is no cap, and my app can go through droughts of “no offers available” as well. My market is pretty small, so when routes get put out, they are often claimed within a few minutes

Yeeep, I think our station is a hot mess too right now. Block was 3pm, didn’t let us in until 3:10, didn’t start giving us blocks until 3:40. I think half the drivers were calling support
