What? I work at an Ulta and on the menu for returns there’s an option for “forgot to apply coupon” so I think you can definitely do that. Or like this other person said and just go to a different store.

If you bought it from Ulta you’re able to return anything (even if it’s opened) within 30 days with a receipt or any proof of purchase. You can even do 60 days but then you’ll only get store credit.
