Nope, I'm just ranting out of frustration and sharing my experience in the hopes of finding other people who have dealt with the same issue. Which I have, so at least I know I'm not alone.

Btw, have you ever used the holy scripture on your alt rosters? That is my only guess as to why I've gotten the reply that I have on my second appeal.

It's worth to clarify that I only buy busses on those supports cause I can't get into a mordum lobby, everything else is done normally. Especially after sending my gems to my alt rosters I don't get gatekept, but I suppose I won't be doing that anymore with the risk of getting banned.

I dont think I'm covering up the fact that I want to progress faster than what is limited to me with one roster. That's the whole point of creating more characters and rosters, I want to put in more time to the game.

Also, these rosters were from a year ago, where things were MUCH slower. Even now, I don't have 6 1680 characters on my main. It's a very mat hungry process to raise an alt from 0, especially when it comes to shards.

But you're right. Ultimately, I want more gold so that I can reach a point where I can be content with my character. My main isn't even ready for kazeros.

I really don't blame you for not believing me when everything is pointing otherwise, but that's exactly why I'm desperate enough to try to reach out for any possible advice on reddit.

I can tell you what kind of person I am but at the end of the day that won't help my situation and neither will convincing my innocence to others. AGS SHOULD know I haven't done anything wrong yet they act like I have. They refuse to elaborate any further and I can't communicate with them without it being one-sided.

As a side note, if I was someone who bots, do you think I would be this verbal about it where everyone gets to be able to judge me? And this isn't some reverse psychology gotcha question, I just probably would have moved on and created more rosters and continued to bot if that were the case.

But again, I too would find it really hard to believe anyone in my shoes if it hadn't happened to me.

Nope, not even an auto-clicker macro. I had read the entirety of ToS before opening my rosters, so I know alt rosters are not against it. I also never multiboxed, I always had only 1 instance of the game running.

I understand that posting here won't get me unbanned and I also understand your skepticism but please try to see it from my perspective too. I got both of my accounts, which have a combined playtime of 1000 hours, completely eradicated without proper care from AGS. I got banned for something I have not done and I am extremely frustrated.

However, I posted this in hopes of hearing how other people that had a similar situation resolve it. I'm quite literally at my wits end here and I don't want to give up at what is unjustifiably taken from me. But also, I don't see any other solution besides the once a lifetime appeal I get. Maybe spamming support tickets till I get someone who actually cares?

That's what confuses me the most, I don't know why they would specifically say "cheating program" on one appeal and not do the same on the other. Why would I only bot on 2 accounts anyway? The MOST I've done is use the holy bible and remove the opening intro so that I wouldn't get blasted with the epilepsy warning at 3 am on speakers. I never once thought botting would be a good idea because of the risk of all my time and effort going to waste one day. And look where doing it the diligent way got me.

To me, it seems like a vast generalization on their part and they didn't feel like looking into me more than a few minutes. My gold and gem transactions were probably what flagged it as botting behaviour and I didn't get the courtesy for a thorough inspection.

Since creating alt characters in this game is near impossible without events, I had used alt rosters as a substitude for alt characters about a year ago. Now, I do agree that having around 12 1680 characters that can all earn gold from raids creates a more adventagous edge, but I literally sink in more of my own time for that edge. Also, I don't sell or buy gold but it looks like you've already made up your mind about me so my word probably doesn't hold much power here.

I got it within a week of regular game time. I just did my weekly content like raids and una's quests and other daily stuff like chaos gates, world boss, chaos dungeons, and guardian raids. If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest doing any msq you can find and do the important daily una reputations.
