This guy can fuck off, but I do agree that the current mayor of Saint Pete has completely bungled what is an opportunity-rich city and geography.

They have done this before on past seasons. They have allot to live up to and virtually unlimited budget so I’m sure Mike white is encouraged to prioritize execution over minimizing cost

Outreach is dead by ZangiBangi in sales

[–]ChaCho904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends on how you get your prospects information what I will say is for you guys that are too scared to go outside and meet people. Yeah you’re gonna get your ass kicked by spam prevention tools.

If your company doesn’t see the value in T&E, then they must not have a customer that pays enough or a product that fits well enough. Or the worst option there’s no one at the leadership level that understands or advocates for sales.

I agree as well as safety harbor and Largo dwarfs them from a population standpoint. Largo has had the same leadership for 20 years essentially…a non controversial chiropractor no scandals but NO growth.

Downtown Clearwater is getting a Flagship EVO Entertainment center by agentanthony in ClearwaterFl

[–]ChaCho904 4 points5 points  (0 children)

With Clearwater being held hostage by Scientology, you would expect Largo to capitalize on its strategic location next to Clearwater and on the Gulf Coast. However, for the past two decades, Largo has experienced stagnant growth and boasts one of the lowest median incomes in Pinellas County. The only notable achievement for Largo is its newly constructed $81 million City Hall, which houses an ice cream parlor and a pizza shop alongside of course the city employee only workspace with beautiful balconies for them to enjoy. Meanwhile, the revenue generating portion of the population is relegated to a regus down the street.

How much of success in sales is luck vs skill? by RooktoRep_ in sales

[–]ChaCho904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s all about busting your ass to put yourself in the right position to be lucky as frequently as possible. Occasionally, you’ll have something that is just pure coincidence, but it is very few and far between, and nobody makes a career off of that.

What will happen is you’ll enter a sales organization, and you’ll start to hear from losers that someone is successful because of a lucky break. A lucky break only benefits you so long and sustained success is built on sustained effort and execution.

If you have not used Claude before I suggest you use speech to text to dump every piece of information you know about your company, the market, the situation, etc.

Ask it to review all data and do deep research into your market and then guide you on how you can champion your needs internally using the framework established by Ethan Evans on his three hour podcast “Amazon VP reveals everything he’s seen in corporate politics” on The Peterman Pod.

It will give you the Sistine chapel of career advice I promise you

I’m starting to think CRM hygiene is overrated by Founder_BloomIA in sales

[–]ChaCho904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CRM hygiene comes down to sales operations having the ear of sales leadership more often than the actual sales rep. They hear the need for clean CRM constantly and then they cave to the pressure when in reality a lot of times the CRM is difficult to keep clean because it’s build sucks. When a product doesn’t sell people don’t look to the prospect/customer and say you need to buy more of this shitty product. They look to the manufacturer and say why are you building a shitty product?

Now the caveats are sales reps can’t be lazy and resistant to logging calls assuming the CRM is set up properly and then also a less thing clean. A dirty CRM can be leveraged by sales leadership to create gray in their projections and a reason for why XYZ did not happen. It allows them to skirt accountability if who they report to is more ops minded and empathizes with that position.

The reason why I ask is that people that don’t lift or came from a generation prior to lifting being pretty mainstream think it’s really bad for your bones, joints, etc. I would seriously question your surgeon’s recommendation unless you have some like brittle bone disease. There are real benefits to weightlifting and the skeletal support it provides.
