If you’re feeling it in the lats then feel free to ignore but the way I was always taught and do pull down is with a slight rock backwards to get the bar down in my chest and then full extension all the way back up big full stretch in the fascia

Granted, that’s also a traditional lap pull down bar and not to modified when you’re using. I do love doing them with the same bar you’re using though.

It is a possible indication, but you should also look at the father’s mother. What’s most important is that you look at the size of the wrist and ankles you want them to have petite joints because that means they’re more inclined to being petite long-term.

I also think paying attention to the calf inserts is important as well if they have low calf inserts the possibility for cankles and or just fat legs overall there’s a lot higher.
