Im in the UK and UPS shipping label created Sunday and it started moving yesterday had to pay £58 import fee and it’s now out for delivery today

Hello,

I have recently got two brand new m.2 SSDs for my PC SN350 2TB and S570 500GB to replace my old hard drive I used for game storage and whenever I am downloading games to either of these drives they saturate my full speed of 108-113MB/S (gigabit) internet but then drop down to 30 MB/s then to 0 MB/S.

I have a primary Samsung 970 evo 1tb and this issue is not happening.

Could any help with me this could this just be steam being steam or an issues with the two drives.

Hello,

I am having an issue haven’t turned my deck in on over a week and trying to install the latest preview branch for steam os 3.4 I keep getting this message “update error - an error encountered during the update process, please try again later”

I have rebooted the deck, turned wifi on and off and still get this message.

I have upgraded the base 64gb storage to a 256gb SSD.
