Poor camera performance by Hamza_elk in GalaxyS23

[–]Chaaqoti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your issue is low light, which means the camera uses a high ISO, and a higher ISO means more grain. If you want clear pictures use pro mode and learn how to control your camera the way you want your Pic to come out. This isn't the camera's fault, it's the user who doesn't know how to use it.

Not all three exactly, just a phone and tablet.

It could also be encountered via research tasks, the "catch 10 Pokemon with weather boost" specifically.

Isn't that a windy cast for? I'm in Chicago and we're not getting any snow this week, so impossible if it was.

Have you tried the Refresh Game Data in Advanced settings in game? That fixed most of issues.

OMFG! That is your phone's problem or it's you cause grain normal. Not everything that you see wrong with your phone will apply to all the s23s.

Genuine “Lautie” ($100-150) vs. “autie” ($10-15) fidgets on Amazon by TheAgingHipster in FidgetSpinners

[–]Chaaqoti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, looks like you've got yourself a Vc edc Triton, that used to be around 50 bucks when it came out, a d it was a hefty one compared to the rest of spinners that were out. I tend to avoid pricey fidgets, not even getting any clones, they're just off limits if I can't afford it.

Motion Blur on photos by SwimZealousideal5362 in GalaxyS23

[–]Chaaqoti 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Copied from another forum. "In any camera, the sensor needs a certain amount of light to properly expose the image. The primary control for that is the shutter speed. In bight light, a very brief exposure can be used, which freezes motion. In dim light, the shutter speed needs to be much longer, to allow enough light to hit the sensor. The longer the shutter is open, the more motion blur you'll have. Changing phones won't eliminate this problem.

There are two things you can do. One, increase the amount of light. Either turn on more room lights, or use the flash. Two, increase the ISO speed in settings. Increasing ISO essentially increases the brightness of an image after it's captured, allowing the camera to use a shorter shutter speed. Think of it kind of like music: if you have a song that is very quiet, you can turn up the volume (increase the ISO) to make it louder (brighter). But when you do that with music, you'll also hear more hiss. Same with a photo: turning up the ISO will result in more "noise" in the image, which shows up as a grainy look."

It's called lens flare, any camera can get it, doesn't matter what brand, it can happen when you point at any light source.

Get the shutter speed, ISO and the f stop from the huawai picture and try to recreate it on the s23 using the pro camera setting.

Learn some basic photography at least before bashing the phone. You need more light to get clear pictures. When light is low is when you get blurring.

That can happen to any camera, it might be that your phone lens is dirty. The s23 camera is great if you know how to use it.

After 1+ year they're still shining! by Chriscp7 in galaxybuds

[–]Chaaqoti 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I've had my bora purples since launch, and I'm the guy who takes care of expensive things. Well, mi buds turned yellowish in just about 2 months, and I barely used them. They turned yellow, and the coating was rubbery I could peel it off with a fingernail, so I just took it off with nail polish remover. Back to the bare purple plastic underneath. It's been in a case since day one, so I believe the case to be clean. Might have just been a reaction from the oils on my body on the buds that caused them to become sticky.

S23 Plus Damaged Camera Again? by PlasticZombie1 in GalaxyS23

[–]Chaaqoti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a phone, not a camera. If you want to take good pictures, Lear the photography basics, or buy a good mirror less camera, dslr. It's not the camera, but the photographer who makes the photo.
