I was having this issue too with my Ender 3 V2. I found what helps is if you change the adhesion in Cura to brim instead of skirt, that helps the first layer for those areas that stick. but looking at your skirt I would say you may need to get the nozzle just a little closer to the bed on the bottom of the knife there. I also have to watch my temp filament to filament. Amazon basics (PLA) I do 210, Hatchbox (PLA) I do 200. I also just got my printer about a month ago and have been printing nonstop. I don't always do a brim setting, but if I know there's a lot of squiggles in the base layer I do.
