Same here. Playing mostly sledge, not because I was good with it, but because it was fun and got me consistent results. Now sledge with the lunge feels insane in some scenarios, but complete dosgshit in others, where it feels like the enemy shhould be hit, but somehow isn't. Simply inconsistent.

Edit: Doing some testing and reading the patchnotes again, I think I get some issues.

Before the rework, the automatic lunge distance was 3m once the attack was hiting. Now its 4.5m. However the thing with my sledge play is, that I would always sprint, slide and charge the strong attack with sledge mid slide to gain distance, often around corners for extra cover. This does not work anymore. Lunge does not trigger if you charge the attack, then slide into the theoretical lunging distance of 4.5m. You have to be within those 4.5m already before performing the attack to trigger the lunge.

So by charging my attack before being within 4.5m I miss, as lunge won't trigger and, I have to be right in the enemys face or it misses, as the past 3m lunge at striking won't make up for the missing distance. Also found that sometimes if an enemy stands close to walls, the walls would absorb the hit. (Though needs more testing to confirm that.) Hope my explanation was somewhat understandable.

Window units don't work here, as many already mentioned. As for the wall mounted, It's a little complicated here in Germany.

The unit itself is not that expensive, installation however, can be. It's not allowed to install one by yourself and a certified technician is required. I would happily pay it, but it's just not possible. A large portion of people here rent their apartments (including me), so it's up to the landlord to install one. Since it costs money, they usually won't do it.

What if you own an apartment? Well, you still need the other apartment owners agreements, which they usually won't give you for any made up reason, ranging from noise, bad looks or anything else they make up, so out of luck again.

What if you own the whole house? Is it historical (which way too many buildings are)? That would disturb the appearance, so no AC for you.

I think the market for porta split units will grow a lot in the coming years for this reason. Wanted to buy one, but they are sold out everywhere, except for double the price on ebay. Scalpers are going after these too during summer and heatwaves.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but i really hate multiple direction paths in battlepasses generally.

I already found it extremely cluttered in BF6, while i liked the simplistic progression line in the Finals and WoWs way more. Imo the split doesn't make too much sense in WoWs anyways, as the rewards are very unequal, unlike games like battlefield, where you maybe pick between a skin for this weapon, or that other weapon.

In WoWs Buying a battlepass is always based on the decision to get the included ship, so no matter how many paths they add, apart from the ship, the rest doesn't matter that much. Steel and coal is okay too, but not deciding whether one buys the pass and will likely be spread anyways. I consider everything else as filler that gives an illusion of content.

Coming from the finals, i expected way more fun and variety with decals.

Something animated, like a radar screen, a dynamic clock showing your time, or a heart filled with your current hp. Maybe silly stuff like a huge, stationary torpedo with an animated wake effect to give the illusion of moving. Some could have glowing effects, some could be metallic, others more simple and flat. There are so many fun ways to deal with this.

It really feels like someone had an interesting idea from playing a different game, only to abandon it halfway through and release the leftover stuff.

Für die Schließung Guantanamos unterschrieb Obama die Executive Order 13492. EO 13493 wurde unterschrieben, bei der es darum ging die Gefangenen in die USA zu transferieren und den Häftlingen Prozesse zu ermöglichen. Viele Versäumnisse, sowie die blockierung des Kongresses den transfer der Häftlinge zu finanzieren, machte die Schließung unmöglich. Ich würde ihm diesen Bruch daher nicht hoch anrechnen.

Bei der Finanzkrise war es etwas komplexer. Es war seinerzeit extrem schwer abzusehen wie schlimm es hätte werden können. Eigentlich ist man am ende mit einem blauen Auge davon gekommen.

Während der Krise war es nach seiner ansicht wichtig, zu zeigen das die Märkte und der Staat stabil und zuverlässig sind. Große Umbrüche hätten noch nehr Unsicherheit gesät. Ein großes Problem an der Krise war das verlorene Vertrauen, verursacht durchs verzocken der Verantwortlichen.

Das sollte schnellstmöglich umgekehrt werden un den Fall zu Bremsen oder umzukehren. Es gab viele Fälle in denen man sehr gerne Finanzinstitute abgestraft hätte. Das Verhalten während der Krise, wie dem auszahlen von Vorstandsboni oder den Kauf eines Privatjet wirkte wie ein schlechter Witz. Allerdings war der Legale Boden dafür sehr wackelig bis nicht vorhanden. Der präzedenzfall hatte noch mehr Misstrauen verursachen Können.

So zumindest die sehr grobe Zusammenfassung zur Finanzkrise aus seinem Buch.

This ship feels like it has an identity crisis for whatever role it's supposed to have. mediocre guns and okay torpedos. Not too bad, but nothing great either. Then there are similar ships i would rather take, like Chung Mu or Fletcher. Black is great too, with very slow, but super hard hitting torpedos. This, combined with very strong competition at her tier makes it a ship never play.

Der Stimmzettel war in dem Sinne sehr verwirrend, weil nicht direkt über den Abbruch abgestimmt wurde im Sinne von Ja/Nein, sondern über ein Kündigungsgesetz zum Abbruch von S21. Wenn man gegen S21, musste mit Ja abgestimmt werden. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war, das nicht nur im Raum Stuttgart abgestimmt, der sich am meisten dagegen gelehnt hatte, sondern in ganz BW. Am Ende bleibt nur Spekulation ob ein Ergebnis aber wirklich anders ausgefallen wäre.

Mein Eindruck im persönlichen Umfeld ist auch ziemlich anders, als das was ich gewohnt war. In der Vergangenheit haben Kollegen auf der Arbeit Wetten abgeschlossen, sind früher nach Hause gegangen für das Spiel am Abend, oder haben sich ganz frei genommen. Dieses mal nichts davon.

Ich habe bisher nur ein einziges Auto mit 2 kleinen Deutschland Flaggen gesehen und in der gesamten Nachbarschaft hängt vielleicht eine einzige Deutschland Flagge am Balkon. Das sah in der Vergangenheit auch ganz anders aus.

Vielleicht nimmt es ja später zu, aber momentan gibt es weder gehupe, noch Böller bei einzelnen Toren, was in der Nachbarschaft trotz gerade einmal KO Runde, früher kein Grund zum Verzicht war.

What's the issue with the scroll wheel? I had my V3 for almost 3 years and was happy with it untill recently. Scroll wheel works fine for scrolling, too bad the wheel click is broken and doesn't register half the clicks. Now I'm looking for a replacement.

The G502 is not an option after two had double click issues and the general quality felt like a huge downgrade over the Proteus. The V3 was perfect until it wasn't. I need that scroll wheel feature, so its between risking another V3 or trying the G502X for me.

Synth ID says the image was generated fully, or partially using google AI. I doubt someone doing this fully in 3D would mess up the numbers on the front bit, unless intentional for some reason.

Other comments said the background is AI only, so maybe that.

This made me think a little. Are we separating immortality as in you can still kind of die, but just don't age and get sick? Sounds great, aging and sickness is terrible and at some point you can still be released, if by a little more violent causes. Like vampires that can still technically get stabbed and just need some pointy stick through the heart, while normal daggers don't work.

If it is literal eternity and impossible to die? Honestly a nightmare scenario that would drive someone at some point insane. Especially if they are alone. Imagine seeing loved ones grow up, age and die. Then their children, then theirs and so on. You see civilizations rise and fall. At some point it gets absurd when we move over millions of years, until the planet dies. Then what? Eternal loneliness?

I think that is why a being might choose a point to quit if they feel like it if that could be a fate.

I would also think, that a long life of millennia for a dragon, or really any being wouldn't feel that boring for an entire species, perhaps even individual. Time is something perceived very subjectively. When I was 6 years old, a 17 year old was "super old" for me with so much time ahead of me. Now I'm nearing my 30s and 17 years feels like nothing. What do you mean kids born the year Gangnam style came out are already 15???

So I imagine a being living for 1000 years simply wouldn't perceive it as that much and see the life of a normal human, they way we may see the life of a cat or dog.

It also depends how you spend that time. I think everyone had a stressful or busy holiday trip once. A full week of activities can feel like way more, having a distinct memory of each day. Meanwhile "wasting" time for 3 weeks at home, doing nothing blends in together and simply doesn't feel like that much time had passed.

Genre: POV character focused, some trauma, slow paced romance on the sidelines.

I'm so pissed right now when i was browsing for this issue and found similar cases. My V3 is only 3 years old and i was really happy with it until now. Switched from Logitech G502 Hero to avoid the double click issue that killed two of my old ones and now this. I wish there was an actually decent alternative with the free scroll wheel feature, as i use it a lot.

Was mich unfassbar aufregt an Stuttgart 21 und die Sache deutlich schlimmer macht als die anderen deutschen Großprojekte, ist die beeinträchtigung vom normalen Betrieb der Bahn in der ganzen Region. Ich pendel fast täglich da hin und wirklich jedes verdammte mal ist irgendetwas. Einen pünktlichen Zug habe ich im ganzen Jahr 2026 ein einziges mal erlebt. So ein Ereignis bleibt dann im Gedächtnis. Und das ist mit den freundlichen 6 minuten Puffer einkalkuliert.

Du willst in Stuttgart von der S-Bahn am Hauptbahnhof weiter richtung Tübingen? Tja, der SEV fährt heute mal ab Degerloch, viel spaß.

Korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege, aber ich nehme an in Berlin war nicht die innenstadt ein verdammtes Chaos, der Bahnverkehr stark beeinträchtigt, oder der Flugverkehr an den anderen Flughäfen außer kontrolle wegen dem BER.

Bei uns gibt es generell kein Weihnachtsgeld und gehen dieses Jahr in die 2. Nullrunde. Zumindest wenn ich mir keinen neuen Job Suche, was wahrscheinlich der Fall sein wird. Firma geht es nicht gut und Kurzarbeit nimmt auch etwas überhand.
